年長家人健康關乎全家福祉，急症來襲時掌握正確急救技能尤為重要。課程內容聚焦於長者常見病症的處理，如中風、心臟病發作及跌倒急救措施，並教授適切的心肺復甦術(CPR)、如何使用救心機(AED)，以及異物阻塞救護。學員透過實操考核，裝備自己成為長者健康的第一防線。 此課程包括： - 基本急救概念 - 本地急救須知 - 長者常見急症的辨識、處理和預防 - 為長者提供高質量的心肺復蘇術 (CPR) - 美國心臟協會(AHA)最新指引的生存鏈，特別是 BLS 部份 - 早期使用 AED 的重要性 - 口對口灌氣, 以及使用供氣用品進行有效灌氣 - 緩解長者氣道有異物阻塞（梗塞處理） - 基本傷口處理和繃帶包紥技巧 語言：廣東話 包括實習試 證書有效期：兩年 包括實體筆記、繃帶包和實體證書 多人同行，可帶同家人（包括上下直系、平輩親人、工人姐姐、相關監獲人）最多合共5人，可享同行優惠。 The health of elderly family members is central to overall family well-being, so mastering the correct first-aid skills during emergencies is crucial. This course concentrates on managing common acute conditions in older adults, including stroke, heart attack, and fall-related injuries, and teaches appropriate CPR, how to use an AED, and choking rescue techniques tailored for seniors. Through practical skill assessments, participants will be equipped to serve as the first line of defence in protecting elderly health. It includes: - First aid basics - Local first aid essentials - High-quality CPR for elderly - The most updated Chain of Survival under the American Heart Association (AHA) guideline, specifically the BLS components - Important early use of an AED - Effective ventilations of mouth-to-mouth and using a barrier device - Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for elderly - Basic wound dressing and bandaging techniques Language: Cantonese Include practical examination Certificate Validity: 2 years Physical note, training kit and physical certification included Group learners may bring along up to five accompanying persons in total, including immediate and extended family members, domestic helpers, and relevant custodians, to enjoy the group discount.

- 課程將於開始前72小時截止報名。 - 課程開始72小時前必須完成付款，以確認留位。 - 課程開始72小時前可申請改期。 - 因病缺席須提供醫生病假證明，方可於一年內免費改期一次。 - 課程開始7天前取消者可獲退款，課程開始前24小時至7天取消者可獲半費退款，課程開始前24小時內取消者恕不退款。 - 若於課程開始前2小時內發出黑色暴雨警告或八號颱風信號，或遇其他嚴重天氣及交通情況，課程將取消並正式通知，學生可於一年內安排改期。 - 確認後如需更改學生姓名或電郵，且經學生簽署，將收取$200修改證書資料。 - Rescheduling is available up to 72 hours before the start time. - For no-shows due to sick leave, a doctor’s sick leave certificate is required to reschedule the class once within one year. - Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date are fully refundable; cancellations from 24 hours to 7 days before get a 50% refund; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. - If the black rainstorm warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued within 2 hours before the course start time, or in cases of other severe weather or traffic conditions, the course will be cancelled with formal notice. Students will be advised to reschedule to another class within one year. - Any change to a student’s name or email after confirmation, with the student’s signature, will incur $200 for a set of revised certificate.
