Choose Your Course

This application form is for applying for ONE COURSE only. To apply for another course, please submit another application.

 

Course Arrangement

We will contact you in 24 hours for the arrangement. We usually accept and confirm the course 3 weeks before the first course day.

Tuition

After our communication, we will provide quotation and invoice for your process later.

 

Physical Textbook

If the course is a physical textbook version, after paying the tuition, textbooks pick-up can be arranged at our workshop, or SF express delivery (freight collect) can be arranged.

Physical Certificates
The physical certificates will generally be ready within 2 to 4 weeks after passing the exam (if any) (unless we fail to log in for you and you do not provide the electronic certificates after our notification after that). Certificates pick-up can be arranged at our workshop, or SF express delivery (freight collect) can be arranged.

此表格只為申請一個課程。如需申請另一個課程，請重新提交另一份申請表格。

 

名額分配

我們會於24小內回覆您，以便作出最佳安排。我們通常需於課程的第一堂前的三週前接受和確定所有基本細節。

 

學費

我們聯絡閣下稍後會發出報價及發票，以供處理。

 

實體書

如課程為實體書課程，在繳交學費後，可選擇預約前來工作室取書，或提供收件地址以便安排順豐速運到付。

 

實體證書

實體證書一般會於考試合格後 (如有) 的２至４週內預備好 (除非因未能登入賬戶而參加者同時亦沒有於收到我們的通知後主動提供電子證書)，   閣下可選擇預約前來工作室取證書，或提供收件地址以便安排順豐速運到付。
