Choose Your Course
Each application form is for applying for ONE COURSE only. To apply for another course, please submit another application.
Seats Arrangement
Class dates for the next three months will be announced at the beginning of each month. Please select the most suitable (up to) 4 class days in sequence according to your preference. Generally speaking, all application periods will end 3 weeks before the class dates. If your first choice class does not meet the minimum no. of participant required or have already reached the maximum no. of participant, it will automatically jump to the second choice, and so on. Regardless of whether your application is successful, a WhatsApp message will be sent to everyone 2 to 3 weeks before the class to notify everyone of the application result.
Tuition
All applicants are required to make payment within 48 hours after the Seat Confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp to confirm the seat (so please ensure that WhatsApp and related networks are functioning properly). Unless it is found that the no. of confirmed applicants is less than the minimum no. of applicants for the course (we will contact the relevant applicants individually to discuss postponement to the next class, transfer to other courses, or refund), all amounts will not be refunded or forwarded to another class, and the quota cannot be transferred or extended to the next class. We accept the following payment methods: FPS, bank transfer or PayPal, details will be provided in the Class Confirmation message.
Physical Textbook
If the course is a physical textbook version, after paying the tuition, you may make an appointment and pick up the textbook at our workshop, or provide the delivery address for arranging SF express delivery (freight collect).
Physical Certificates
The physical certificates will generally be ready within 2 to 4 weeks after passing the exam (if any) (unless we fail to log in for you and you do not provide the electronic certificates after our notification after that). "First Aid Practice" Annual Pass
- You are free to apply any sessions in a year. The session will be held twice a month.
- If you sign up for any tailor-made or group courses of 10 participants or more, you will enjoy an additional 5% discount.
The relevant terms are as follows:
1) The annual pass holders still need to do registration with this form 3 weeks before participating any session as usual.
2) Due to the limited seats, applications will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the no. of participants with single pass is more than two-thirds of the maximum no. of participants for that session, the latter one-third of the seats will be reserved for those with annual pass first, and is also arranged according to their registration time on first-come, first-served basis as well.
3) If the annual pass holder fails to obtain a seat after registration for 12 times in the year, the holder will receive a free quota of any half-day or full-day course as the compensation, and must complete the course within 4 months after the annual pass expires (with priority to pick any seat from the courses before their application period ends without registration with this form).
4) If the annual pass holder fails to obtain a seat after registration for 24 times in the year, the holder will receive 2 free quotas of any half-day or full-day course as the compensation, and must complete the courses within 4 months after the annual pass expires (with priority to pick any seats from the courses before their application periods end without registration with this form).
選擇課程
每份表格只為申請一個課程。如需申請另一個課程，請重新提交另一份申請表格。
名額分配
每月初會推出其後３個月的上課時間，請按您的喜好順序選擇最合適的 (最多)４個上課日子，一般來說，所有課程會於上課日子前的３個星期截止報名。課程需達最低人數要求才會開班；如首選的課程未能齊人或人數已滿，便會自動跳至第二選擇，如此類推。不論能否開班，皆會於上課前的２至３個星期向各報名者發出WhatsApp，通知大家申請結果。
學費
所有報名者皆需於WhatsApp的開班確認訊息發出後的48小時內付款，以確認申請 (因此請確保WhatsApp及相關網絡能正常運作)。除非此後發現確認報讀的人數不足以符合該課程的最低人數要求 (我們將會個別聯絡相關報名者，商議順延下一班、轉讀其他課程或退款)，否則所有金額將不設退還或轉至另一班，名額亦不能轉讓或延至下一班。我們接受以下付款方式：轉數快、銀行轉賬 或 PayPal，詳情將於開班確認訊息內提供。
實體書
如課程為實體書課程，在繳交學費後，可選擇預約前來工作室取書，或提供收件地址以便安排順豐速運到付。
實體證書
實體證書一般會於考試合格後 (如有) 的２至４週內預備好 (除非因未能登入賬戶而參加者同時亦沒有於收到我們的通知後主動提供電子證書)，為大家可選擇預約前來工作室取證書，或提供收件地址以便安排順豐速運到付。
「急救温習」年票
- 可自由報名參與每月兩次的温習環節
- 如報讀任何度身訂造或足10人或以上的團體課程，皆可享有額外的５%折扣優惠。
相關條款如下：
1) 持票者仍需於參與前３週於此報名
2) 由於每節的名額有限，每次皆會以先到先得的方式分配，唯若該節以單次方式買票的人數多於該節最大人數的三份之二，則將最後報名的三份之一名額留給年票報名者，同樣以他們的報名時序安排。
3) 若年票持有人有超過 12 次未能於報名後獲得入場名額，可獲贈任何一天以內的課程學額一個作為補償，並需於年票到期後的４個月內完成該課程 (其有優先權選擇任何仍未截止申請的一天以內的課程而不用預先以填表方式登記或申請)。
4) 若年票持有人有24 次未能於報名後獲得入場名額，可獲贈任何一天以內的課程學額兩個作為補償，並需於年票到期後的４個月內完成該(些)課程 (其有優先權選擇任何仍未截止申請的一天以內的課程而不用預先以填表方式登記或申請)。
